- Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order.

5. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Goods must be returned within 14 days after notification of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving returned goods.
7. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sealed products opened after delivery where hygiene rules apply
8. Legal Guarantees
Consumers benefit from:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. French Consumer Code)
- Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. Civil Code)

In case of dispute, consumers may contact customer service first.
In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform:
